What the warranty covers
Hardware faults not caused by misuse
Battery malfunctions (if battery health is below 80%)
Screen issues (dead pixels, discoloration)
Motherboard faults
Keyboard and trackpad malfunctions
What the warranty doesn't cover
Damage from drops or impacts
Damage from moisture or water
Physical wear (scratches, peeling)
Damage from unapproved accessories
Damage from viruses or software
Warranty process
- 1Contact us by phone or email to describe the issue.
- 2Send us your device by courier (shipping costs are covered by us).
- 3We assess the fault and repair or replace the device within 5 business days.
- 4We return the device to you free of charge.
