The most rigorous inspection
in the used Apple market
Every iPhone, MacBook, and iMac we sell goes through 6 inspection stages and 30+ evaluation points before it reaches your hands. If it doesn't meet our criteria, it doesn't get sold.
01Visual & cosmetic inspection
Every device is examined under high-intensity light to spot scratches, dents, cracks, and signs of use. We check the frame, screen, camera, ports, and buttons. Only Grade A+ (mint condition) and Grade A (light signs of use) devices are accepted.

02Battery & charging check
We measure battery health with specialized equipment. For iPhone: we check Battery Health via iOS — we only accept ≥85%. For MacBook: we measure charge cycles and capacity. Every device is tested through charging and discharging to confirm stable performance.

03Hardware diagnostic check
We run full diagnostics on every component. For iPhone we use specialized software to test Touch ID / Face ID, proximity sensors, accelerometer, and GPS. For MacBook we check RAM, SSD (S.M.A.R.T.), processor temperature, and memory with benchmarks.

04Connectivity tests
Every device is tested under real network conditions. We check Wi-Fi (2.4GHz & 5GHz), Bluetooth, 4G/5G (for iPhone), Lightning / USB-C, AirDrop, and NFC. Testing includes file transfers and a live video call to confirm microphone and speakers.

05Refurbishment — like new
After the diagnostic check is complete, we install a fresh operating system, fully erasing all data from the previous user, and disable any theft protection (Activation Lock) or MDM lock that may be present. The final, equally important stage is professional disinfection of the device.

Before any device leaves our facility, a second technician independently repeats selected diagnostics. Only if it also passes this check does the device receive "flip2store Certification" and get listed on the site with full condition documentation.
