Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return any product.
Return conditions
The product must be in the same condition you received it in. There must be no damage that wasn't present at delivery. Please include all accessories that came with the device.
Return process
Contact us at info@flip2store.gr or by phone. We'll send you a courier shipping label. Send the device to our address. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method. For card payments: 3–5 business days. For bank transfer: 1–2 business days.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns for products that have been damaged after delivery or that have been altered or modified.
